This artwork was made using a mortal partly made of Caen stone powder collected at a local quarry. Its shape, inspired by the vernacular architecture of Morteaux-Coulibœuf area, draws a door as a welcoming symbol of the village.

The projet is a public sculpture ordered by Morteaux-Coulibœuf town, located in Normandie region, in the framework of the 1% artistic French program.
